What is Ontario Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream

The candidate must:

• Have an Express Entry profile that’s active
• Meet the requirements for eligibility for either FSWP or CEC
• Meet the work experience requirements of the Stream
• Have a Canadian Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree or a foreign education credential that’s equivalent to that
• Achieve a minimum language proficiency level of CLB 7
• Be willing to live in Ontario
• Have enough funds to meet the costs of settling in Ontario
