With the Partner Visa Subclass 309 and 100, a visa of Australia, partners or de facto partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or New Zealand citizens can visit and stay in the ‘Land Down Under.’ 

The subclass 100 visa is granted to holders of temporary partner visa, or subclass 309 visa.
