For tourists wishing to travel to Colombia, a tourist visa is required. However, those with a Schengen visa are exempted from the tourist visa. Alos, citizens of countries such as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States do not need a visa to enter Colombia as a tourist for up to 90 days.
For citizens of other countries, the Colombia tourist visa called TP-11 is required and one can obtain it online. The visa is valid for 90 days.

The tourist visa for Colombia must be applied for online. An eVisa is released and emailed to you. This eVisa must be printed and shown at Colombia’s first port of entry. If you prefer a sticker visa, you can get one after your online application is accepted from your nearest consulate.

Colombia tourist visas (Type-V) are normally issued for a period of six months and can be used for multiple entry. Visas are given for three months to two years, depending on the itinerary. In each visit, you can stay for up to 180 days.
