British Columbia announced to make the Entrepreneur Regional Pilot Program permanent to the BC PNP. The stream will now be called as Entrepreneur Immigration (EI) Regional Stream that allows international entrepreneurs to set up a business in the province. Potential entrepreneurs who can contribute to the growth and development of the regional areas of British Columbia and fulfill the eligibility requirements can qualify for the program. The stream also offers a permanent residency pathway to entrepreneurs who set up a business in the province.

British Columbia has made changes to the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). The two International Graduate and International Post-Graduate streams for international students will now be replaced with three new streams.
