The scheme, which was announced as part of the UAE's 50 projects and initiatives to enhance long-term growth, would also benefit SME owners and high-performing students.
Residence permit for remote workers: The one-year visa permits persons to enter the UAE on their own initiative and work in accordance with the visa's terms and limitations.
Dubai has unveiled a remote-working initiative that would allow professionals to work from home while living in the emirate.
