WES Canada’s official address changes, new applicants to note

WES is an entity designated by IRCC that delivers services to assist Canada visa applicants to get their educational credentials evaluated and verified. This is an essential part of the Canada immigration process. The ECA provided by WES is used to evaluate degrees and diplomas earned by the applicant outside Canada.

Be it to study or work in Canada, this evaluation is necessary for migrating to the country. A WES ECA will enable an applicant to:

• Satisfy requirements for immigration stipulated by IRCC
• Qualify for the Agri-Food Immigration Pilot
• Meet PNP requirements
• Store verified documents and reports to be used in the future
• Get your educational qualifications recognized so that an applicant can work on their goals in Canada

WES ECA is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

Now, applicants who are despatching their documents to WES has to be aware of the address change of WES Canada. Those who have already sent their documents needn’t worry though as those will be forwarded to the new address. But those yet to send their documents must share the new address with their respective universities/institutions.
