Highlights: UK Immigration health fee likely to increase in 2024!

• The UK Government plans to increase the immigration health surcharge in 2024.
• The new revisions are set to be implemented from 16 January 2024 or 3 weeks after receiving official approval.
• The immigration health surcharge will rise from £624 to £1,035 per year.

Details of the UK  Immigration Health Surcharge

The Sunak Government released plans to increase the UK immigration health surcharge from 2024. The new healthcare revisions will come into action on 16 January 2024, or 3 weeks after receiving official Government approval.

The new changes in the UK Healthcare surcharge will be implemented in January or after official confirmation from the government. The high tax is not applicable for applications sent in advance before the latest changes occur. Global Business Mobility visa and Skilled Worker visa applications can be sent three months before the suggested date. 

 

The UK also surged the visa fees for students, tourists, and foreign workers:
