• The IRCC conducted the latest Canada Express Entry Draw on February 13, 2024.
• The #283 Express Entry draw issued 1,490 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates.  
• Candidates with a CRS score of 535 were invited for the draw.
• The General draw selected candidates from CEC, PNP, FSTP and FSWP immigration programs.

Details of Express Entry Draw #283

The latest Express Entry Draw on February 13, 2204 issued Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to 1,490 eligible candidates. The CRS score required for the draw was set at 535. It was an All-program draw that invited candidates from:

• Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)

• Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
• Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
• Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

 

Two Express Entry draws have been conducted in February so far, issuing 8,490 ITAs to apply for Canada PR.

Eligibility for Canada Express Entry

Candidates must score 67 points to become eligible for the Express Entry program.

• Age: Must be between 18-35 years. (10 points)
• Education: Must have educational qualifications equal to the secondary level of education in Canada.  (25 points)
• Work experience: Must have at least 12 months of prior experience. (15 points)
• Adaptability: For candidates with close relatives or family members living in Canada. (10 points)
• Language proficiency: Must have a score of 6 in IELTS or CLB 7 (28 points)
• Arranged employment: For candidates with a valid job offer from a Canada-based employer (10 points)
