Global Nomad visa to be launched by Spain on 2023

Spain is going to launch a Global Nomad visa in January 2023. The government is also planning to discuss the Startup law with the President of Government so that King can sanction it to be published in the Official State Gazette.

The Startup Law will be effective after being published in the Official State Gazette. Francisco Polo stated that Spain will become the best place in the world for foreigners to start a business. Entrepreneurs will be able to open any number of businesses they liked.

Spain Digital Nomad visa for foreigners

The Spain Digital Nomad Visa will be launched for foreigners who like to work remotely from January 2023. As per Business Insider, the minimum monthly requirement will be €2,000. The Startup Law will also remove bureaucratic obstacles and tax incentives so that investments can be encouraged in emerging technology-based companies.

The Digital Nomad visa will make the foreigners eligible to migrate to Spain and work remotely for the companies whose location is outside the country. Other countries that have introduced a Digital Nomad visa are:

• Hungary
• Romania
• Estonia
• Croatia
