1. Quebec holds draws for skilled workers under RSWP (Regular Skilled Worker Program).
2. The candidates are asked to apply for Permanent selection in 45 days.
3. Candidates are evaluated based on the following:

• Age of the applicant
• Knowledge of French
• Level of higher education
• Duration of Professional Experience
• The combined knowledge of French & English.
• Need of Quebec workforce market.
• Valid job offer
• Length of work experience in Quebec or the rest of Canada.
• Quebec diploma

4. The applicant's occupation must be listed in the NOC list of Quebec.
