This stream gives international graduates holding a master's degree from Ontario the opportunity to apply for permanent residence to settle in Ontario to live and work there.

The first step to applying via this stream is to register in the EOI (Expression of Interest) System of OINP. Then, you may receive an ITA (invitation to apply) prior to applying online. Once your application is accepted and approved, you will be nominated by the Government of Ontario for PR.

Then, you must apply to Canada’s federal government through IRCC. It’s IRCC that makes the final decision on whether you become a permanent resident or not.
