Ontario Immigration Nominee Program targeted 18 occupations and invited 486 Express Entry Candidates in the new Ontario PNP draw held on October 6, 2021.
Few of the professionals among 18 targeted occupations include nurses, managers, and human resource professionals in the new Ontario PNP draw.
This draw was held after a two-month hiatus under the new Human Capital Priorities Stream.
The candidates invited in this draw are eligible to apply for a provincial nomination and support their permanent residency application if they meet all the eligibility criteria of the program. The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), associated with the Express Entry system, automatically adds 600 points towards their overall score if they get the nomination.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) invited Express Entry candidates having a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores between 463 and 467.
The OINP draw invited candidates having work experience in any of the following 18 occupations:

Till date in 2021, Ontario has invited 4,851 immigration candidates under Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream. While in 2020, Ontario invited 6,716 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination under HCP Stream. This made Ontario as the most popular Express Entry-linked program in 2020.
