The Strategy of the Canadian government

Ontario, Canada, has decided to increase the wages of primary school teachers to $23.86 per hour. This increase in salary is because of the workforce shortages that have reduced the growth of the sector. Many centres have been closed because of a lack of staff. The statistics of workforce strategy of November have been released by Education Minister Stephen Lecce.

 

The Ministry officials of Ontario have warned that there will be 8,500 shortages of school teachers by 2026. Therefore, the Canadian government decided to increase wages to $23.86 per hour and up to $25.86 in 2026.
