Highlights: Ontario issued invites for 1052 eligible migrants on 30th November
- Ontario conducted a new draw through the Entry Human Capital Priorities stream on 30th November 2023.
- Ontario issued 1,052 invitations targeting healthcare occupations for Canadian immigrants.
- Ontario immigration Nominee Program (OINP) invited candidates with minimum scores of 404 and 430.
- Candidates received notification of interest via the IRRC account selected from the Express Entry pool.

Requirements for the Ontario Express Entry draw:
The express entry draw of Ontario was held on 30th November 2023. The selected candidates have 45 days to submit the entire application.
To qualify, the candidate must have the following:
- Qualified under FSWP or the CEC with a valid one-year profile under the Federal Express Entry system.
- Minimum one year of full-time or full-time relevant work experience under TEER Category 0, 1, 2, or 3 under FSWP for five years and past three years under CEC.
- Have a Canadian bachelor's degree or higher.
- Language proficiency in CLB/NCLC level 7 in English or French.
- Reside in the provinces of Ontario.
- Required settlement funds.
- Minimum Express Entry CRS score as per the draw.
