The number of COVID-19 infections has reduced considerably in Norway.
Considering this, Norway has come to a decision to add more categories to the list of people permissible to enter Norway.
The country’s Ministry of Justice and Public Security had decided that more European Economic Area (EEA) citizens are allowed to arrive in the country. Other groups of foreigners who can normally do migration overseas to the country can now return.
The seasonal workers working in agriculture or the green industry can now enter Norway, thanks to this new decision.
Minister of Justice Monica Mæland said that Norwegian authorities are making all efforts to make the migration process as smooth as possible.
Upon making the decision effective, family members of Norwegian citizens and family members of the citizens of EEA can travel to Norway.
EEA citizens who own real estate in Norway, making it a holiday home or a second home, can also travel to Norway.

All those who enter Norway will mandatorily stay in quarantine for 2 weeks, in accordance with the rules.
