Manitoba and Ontario held Canada PNP Draws on December 14, 2023, and issued 2,642 Invitations to Apply (ITAs). Ontario issued the invites via OINP under the Human Capital Priorities stream, while the Manitoba PNP issued Expression of Interest Invitations via the three categories mentioned below:

• International Education Stream
• Skilled Worker Overseas
