How to apply for the Canada PGP program in 2023?

If an individual is a PR in Canada or a Canadian citizen and is 18 or above age, will be allowed parents and grandparents to be Canadian permanent residents. The first and foremost step is to create a profile and give the details for sponsoring the PGPs.
