The first Express Entry draw for September was conducted on September 19, 2023. Express Entry #263 draw invited 3,200 candidates to apply for Canada Permanent residence. Candidates were selected from the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) & Canadian Experience Class (CEC) for the #263 Express Entry draw.
