Abstract: Manitoba sent LAAs to 308 foreign nationals in the recent PNP draw conducted on February 9, 2023.
Manitoba's 168th Expression of Interest draw was held on February 9, 2023. Manitoba issued LAAs or Letter of Advice to Apply to 308 candidates in its draw for PNP or Provincial Nominee Program.
The candidates who were issued LAAs scored 709 or more in the CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System.
The candidates were invited under the MPNP or Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The LAAs help individuals with their application for Canada PR or permanent residency.

The 33 LAAs out of the 308 letters issued in the draw were sent to candidates with a valid profile number in the Express Entry system and a code for job seeker validation.
