On June 16, 2022, Australia invited 44 new immigrants to apply for Australia PR or permanent residency through the Canberra Matrix Round.

The matrix was facilitated by the ACT or Australian Capital Territory.

The number of applicants from each category and their minimum scores are given below:

ACT nominations

The ACT has a specific number of nominations for each month. The applications are submitted by candidates who migrate to Australia looking for employment. They need to score high in the Matrix. Each occupation is invited to apply for the nomination for the ACT.

The cut-off score for the eligibility depends on the vacant allocation after the selection, the date and time at which the Matrix was submitted, the cap of the occupation, and the demand. If the need for the occupation is more, the individual who score high in rank of the Matrix is invited.
