Here’s a summary of every Canada PNP draw that was held in the month of April 2021.
April 27, 2021 – British Columbia invites 362 immigration candidates
On April 27, 2021, British Columbia PNP invited 362 new immigration candidates in 2 immigration draws; one a general draw and the other aimed specifically at 2 occupation streams.
348 immigration candidates were invited in the general draw while 14 candidates were invited in the NOC-specific draw. The 2 occupations targeted in the NOC-specific draw were NOC 0631 and NOC 0621.

April 26, 2021 – Manitoba issues 367 LAAs to immigration candidates
Manitoba issued LAAs to 367 immigration candidates on April 26, 2021. The invites were issued via 3 Manitoba PNP streams. 301 candidates received LAAs with the least score prescribed set at 440 points.
55 LAAs were sent to candidates from International Education Streams. 11 Candidates received LAAs via a Strategic Recruitment Initiative who had a minimum score of 721.
April 22, 2021 – Saskatchewan issues 269 invitations in a PNP draw
The EOI draw conducted by Saskatchewan PNP issued 269 invitations to apply for provincial nomination across 2 streams.
139 invitations went to immigration candidates under the Occupations In-Demand category. They were skilled and experienced in one of the 61 NOC-coded occupations. They had a minimum score of 70 points.
130 invitations went to Express Entry candidates who were skilled and experienced in the same NOC-coded occupations as in the former case. They also had a minimum score of 70 points.
April 20, 2021 – British Columbia invites 90 IT-skilled immigration candidates
BC has welcomed 90 immigration candidates with IT skills. These candidates were invited under the categories of skilled workers and international graduates in a BC PNP Tech Pilot draw. The draw invited candidates via 4 immigration streams of the BC PNP.
April 20, 2021 – Alberta issues 200 invites in a PNP draw
On April 20, 2021, Alberta immigration held a PNP draw that invited 200 candidates with at least 301 points as their CRS score. The candidates were required to be willing to immigrate to the province permanently to live and work in Canada. They were expected to support Alberta in its efforts to develop its economy and its efforts on diversification.
April 15, 2021 – Prince Edward Island invites 156 immigration candidates
Prince Edward Island conducted a PNP draw that issued invitations to 156 skilled worker and entrepreneur candidates. The invites were sent via the Express Entry, Labour Impact, and Business Impact streams of the PEI PNP.
April 13, 2021 – British Columbia issues 441 invitations to immigration candidates
On April 13, 2021, BC conducted 2 new immigration draws. They issued 441 invitations via BC PNP. 31 occupations were added to the purview of this draw.
420 invitations across 5 immigration streams were issued by the province in the general immigration draw. The minimum scores ranged from 79 to 95.
21 invitations were issued via 4 immigration streams. The minimum score was 113.
April 13, 2021 – British Columbia issues 11 invitations in Entrepreneur draw
BC PNP held an Entrepreneur Immigration draw on April 13, 2021. Invites were sent via the general Entrepreneur stream and the regional pilot of the same.
The Entrepreneur Immigration General category invited 6 candidates for a minimum score of 126. 5 candidates were invited in the Entrepreneur Immigration Regional Pilot with a minimum score of 116.
April 13, 2021 – Ontario issues 528 NOIs in an Express Entry Tech draw
Ontario immigration issued 528 NOIs in a tech draw via its Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream. The candidates had CRS scores between 456 and 467.
April 8, 2021 – Saskatchewan invited 279 immigration candidates
In an EOI draw, Saskatchewan invited 279 immigration candidates across 2 immigration streams.
146 candidates with experience and skills in 58 NOC coded occupations were invited. They had a minimum score of 70 points.
133 invitations went to Express Entry candidates with the same skills and experience and with the same minimum CRS scores.
April 8, 2021 – Manitoba issues 243 LAAs via 3 immigration streams
Manitoba issued 243 LAAs to invite international graduates and skilled workers via 3 immigration streams.
208 LAAs went to candidates of the Skilled Workers in Manitoba category. The lowest score of such a candidate was 456 points.
21 LAAs went to candidates from the International Education Stream.
14 LAAs went to candidates from the Skilled Workers Overseas stream. They had a minimum score of 708 points.
April 6, 2021 – Alberta invited 200 immigration candidates
Alberta conducted a PNP draw that issued invitations to 200 immigration candidates with a minimum CRS score of 302.
The candidates were required to be willing to permanently immigrate to the province. They must be willing to work and contribute to the economic development and diversification priorities of the province.
April 6, 2021 – British Columbia Tech Pilot draw invites 80 immigration candidates
A British Columbia Tech Pilot draw invited 80 immigration candidates on April 6, 2021. The invites were issued via 4 immigration streams of the BC PNP. The minimum score was 80 for all 4 streams.
