Highlights: Canada released the Immigration Levels Plan 2025-27

Details of the 2025–2027 Immigration Levels Plan

IRCC announced the Immigration Levels Plan for 2025-27. The plan consists of immigration targets for the coming three years. It includes PR admission targets for 2025 with other commitments for 2026 & 2027.

 

The following points are considered while framing the immigration Levels Plan:

 

  • Immigration priorities and objectives as per the Immigration Act
  • Regional and economic requirements
  • International commitments
  • The capacity to process applications
  • The capacity to retain and integrate newcomers
