British Columbia held the latest invitation round on 30th July. BC PNP issued 98 invitations under the Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC), Skills Immigration(SI) and Entrepreneur stream.In the 30th July draw, the British Columbia Tech Pilot invited 70 candidates. These went out to techies and international graduates who had an offer of employment in the province. The job offer had to be in any of the 29 eligible tech occupations. The cut-off score in the Base Category was 114 while that in the Regional Pilot Stream was 111.British Columbia introduced its tech pilot in 2017. In 2019, the British Columbia Tech Pilot has issued 848 invitations till date, as quoted by CIC News.To be eligible under other BC PNP categories, you need to have a full-time, indeterminate job offer from the province. However, under the Tech Pilot, candidates need to have a job offer that is at least 1-year long.
