The BC PNP draw on July 13, 2021, invited 56 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination.

What is a Tech draw?
The Tech Pilot draw is designed by BC PNP to help employers in BC’s tech sector attract skilled foreign talent to work in Canada in the province. They will be called in to work in 29 in-demand occupations via draws that are conducted on a weekly basis.
Here are the 29 in-demand occupations along with the NOC assigned to each:
0131 - Telecommunication carrier managers
2131 - Civil engineers
2134 - Chemical engineers
2172 - Database analysts and data administrators
2175 - Web designers and developers
2242 - Electronic service technicians (business and household equipment)
2282 - User support technicians
5122 - Editors
5225 - Audio and video recording technicians
5241 - Graphic designers and illustrators
0213 - Computer and information systems managers
2132 - Mechanical engineers
2147 - Computer engineers (except designers and software engineers)
2173 - Software engineers and designers
2221 - Biological technologists and technicians
2243 - Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics
2283 - Information systems testing technicians
5125 - Terminologists, Translators, and interpreters
5226 - Other technical and co-ordinating occupations in motion pictures, broadcasting, and the performing arts
6221 - Technical sales specialists - wholesale trade
0512 - Managers - publishing, motion pictures, broadcasting, and performing arts
2133 - Electrical and electronics engineers
2171 - Information systems analysts and consultants
2174 - Computer programmers and interactive media developers
2241 - Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians
2281 - Computer network technicians
