On November 16, 2023, three Canadian provinces- Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, and British Columbia- conducted three separate PNP draws.
Manitoba: The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) issued 301 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates with a minimum CRS score between 721 and 809 through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
British Columbia: The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) invited 224 candidates through the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams, with a cut-off score of 60-115.
Prince Edward Island: The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) issued 141 invitations with a minimum point of 80.
