The ACT publishes a certain number of job vacancies in each month, based on which candidates can submit their applications. The pool comprises individuals who opted to migrate to Australia for employment. They need to score the required points in the Matrix. Each individual employed in a certain in-demand occupation is invited to apply for the nomination facilitated by the ACT.
The cut-off score to be eligible depends on the vacant places remaining after the nomination, the date and time at which the Matrix was registered, the cap of the occupation, and its demand. If the demand for the occupation is more, the individuals who score high in the rank of the Matrix are invited.
